The humble petition of Alice Fisher widow of John Fisher and of Mary
Ellen Fisher, Annie, Fisher, Frances Fisher, Daniel Thomas Fisher and
Louisa Jane Fisher infant children of the said John Fisher by the said
Alice Fisher their mother and Joseph Fisher their grandfather.
Sheweth:
That the said John Fisher who recently resided at Ballakilworry in the
parish of German departed this life intestate upon the 25th day of June 1866
and your petitioners are his only next of kin.
Wherefore they humbly pray a hearing hereof and that Letters of
Administration of the Estate and effects of the said John Fisher
deceased may be granted to some proper persons and your petitioners
will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at an Eccl Court to be
holden at Douglas on Wednesday next whereof all parties to have due notice.

At an Eccl Court held in Douglas this 12 July 1866 upon hearing this
petition in the presence of the parties and their advocates Frances
Fisher and Cæsar John Wattleworth are sworn administrators of the estate of
the within named John Fisher deceased. R. Jebb.
