This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Kennish of Ballagick in the
parish of Santan at present residing at Balliaghy in the parish of Conchan.
I being of sound disposing mind and understanding at the
making hereof.
I leave and bequeath to my wife Emma Kennish otherwise Moore the
whole of my personal estate of every description subject to a legacy of five
shillings to each of my children and to the payment of my debts and funeral
and testamentary expenses.
And  I nominate and constitute my said wife to be whole and sole
executrix hereof hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fifteenth
day of August 1866.
