Santan 1866 125 This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Kennish of Ballagick in the parish of Santan at present residing at Balliaghy in the parish of Conchan. I being of sound disposing mind and understanding at the making hereof. I leave and bequeath to my wife Emma Kennish otherwise Moore the whole of my personal estate of every description subject to a legacy of five shillings to each of my children and to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses. And I nominate and constitute my said wife to be whole and sole executrix hereof hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fifteenth day of August 1866. Thomas Kennish.
