Bride 1866 No 102 I Daniel Teare of Ballaskeally in the parish of Bride calling to mind the uncertainty of human life do make published and declare this my last will and testament in manner following: I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. I give leave and bequeath to my beloved wife Catharine Teare, that parcel of intack land to me belonging situate in the parish of Lezayre part of Receivers Close to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns. And I give and leave to my said wife all and singular my goods chattels and effects of what kind nature or denomination whatsoever - and I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Catharine whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament .
