I Thomas Teare of Loughcrout in the parish of Jurby being weak in body
but of sound mind memory and understanding and bearing in mind the
uncertainty of human life do make publish and declare this my last will
and testament in manner following.  That is to say, I leave devise and
bequeath to my brother Daniel Teare all and singular my one half of that
estate and those lands and premises situate in the  parish of Bride called
and known by the name of Ballaskealley with the intack lands thereunto
belonging bounded by the rent of Ann Brew on the North by the
quarterland of Ballamin and the rent of William Christian on the east by
the High Road on  he south and by the rent of John Garrett on the west. To
have and to hold unto him my said  brother Daniel Teare his heirs executors
administrators and assigns the said lands and  premises called Ballaskeally
being my one undivided half or moiety of the same together with the intack
lands thereunto belonging and all buildings thereon
erected and all ways waters, watercourses, easements, liberties, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining from and after
the day of my death absolutely forever proved nevertheless that he may said
brother Daniel Teare shall and will pay to my executor herein after
mentioned the sum of one hundred pounds sterling at possession
the said lands and premises and I do therefore hereby charge and
encumber the said lands and premises with the said one hundred pounds
sterling.
I leave devise and bequeath to my sister Christian now the widow of Thomas
Kneale of Ballasallay in the said parish of Jurby fifty pounds sterling as
legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my brother John Teare of the Loughan in the said
parish of Jurby fifty pounds sterling as legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my sister Catharine the wife of John Clarke of
Ballagarraghyn fifty pounds sterling as legacy.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my brother William Teare of
Loughcourt aforesaid whole and sole executor of this my last will and
testament to whom I leave all the rest of my goods, chattels, cash, credits,
and effects of what kind or nature soever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the first
day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty five.           Thomas

William Teare of Loughcrout Jurby received from Daniel Teare  and Cathairne
Teare widow of Daniel Teare deceased the full sum of one hundred pounds
sterling 19 Jan 1867.

John Teare received fifty pounds sterling 20 May 1867.

Catherine Clark received  fifty pounds sterling  4 May 1867  signed John
Clarke and Catherine Clarke.

Christian Kneale received  fifty pounds sterling  11 Feb 1869.
