Know all Men by these presents that I Jane Collister widow of Close E
Yarey in the parish of KK German for and in consideration for the natural
love and peculiar regard and affection which I have and do bear toward
my daughter Elizabeth Collister and also for and in consideration of the sum
of five shillings to me in hand paid by my said daughter Elizabeth Collister
have given, granted, confirmed, sold, and settled and by these presents do
hereby give, grant, confirm, sell and for ever absolutely
settle unto and upon my said daughter Elizabeth Collister, all and every
and singular my right, and all manner of right, title, interest, claim, and
property of, in and unto certain lands, situated in the said parish of KK
German called and commonly know by the name of Thaloo Churrey being part of
the Quarterland of Breack Croon and acquired and purchased by my husband
Silvester Collister and my son William Collister from Edward
Gawne Esqre deceased and also all and singular my right, title, interest,
claim and property of, in, and unto certain intack lands situate in the
parish of KK Patrick being part of the estate of Shleau Wallan called and
know by the name of Kelly's land with all the building thereon together
with all the whole of my personal property goods, and effects of what nature
soever the said recited premises, personal property, goods, and effects to
be possessed by my said daughter Elizabeth Collister immediately at my
decease. Inconsideration of this settlement she the said Elizabeth
Collister doth hereby bind and oblige herself to support
and maintain her mother the said Jane Collister with all befitting
necessaries during her natural life her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns from me the said Jane Collister my heirs, exors and administrators
and assigns all the aforesaid premises with all ways water
----- building edifices easements liberties and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining forever.
And for the true and faithful performance hereof I the said Jane
Collister do bind and oblige myself my heirs exors, admors, and assigns
and all persons concerned in and under the penalty of two hundred pounds to
be levied and paid according to law. As witness the names subscribed this
2nd day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven.

At Peel 21st day of August 1857 Jane Collister executing party to the
foregoing deed of settlement who is personally know to me acknowledge the
same to be her proper act and deed.

I certify that the foregoing deed was this day at the hour of twelve O'
clock noon received by me at this office for purpose of being registered and
recorded according to law and that the same is duly registered and recorded
and entered in the Registration Book Page 166NO 2153. H. B. WATTS Dep Reg

At a Special Ecclesiastical Court held in Douglas on the 4th day of June
1867.
Pursuant to the judgement and decree of this court of equal date
herewith made in a cause wherein George Quine and Elizabeth his wife
were plaintiffs and William Callister was defendant. Administration of
all and singular the personal estate and effects of Jane Callister the
above named grantor with said deed annexed is hereby granted to said George
Quine in right of his wife Elizabeth Quine formerly Collister the grantee
named therein and accordingly he is sworn to administer all and singular the
personal estate and effects of said decreased in terms of said deed and
according to law by paying the just debts and funeral expenses of the
decease so far forth as her goods and effects will
thereto extend and the law bind him and to return into the Archdeacon's
Registry a full true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said
estate and effects with an accurate account of his administration there
of when thereunto lawfully required . And to these ends he hath given
pledges namely John Shimmin Esquire of Peel in the parish of German who have
entered into and executed the usual bond in the presence of the court.

Whereas the Eccl Court of the Isle and Diocese of Sodor and Mann hath
this day granted administration with will annexed of Jane Collister to
George Quine in right of wife.
And whereas John Shimmin of Douglas in the parish of Braddan and John Kelly
of Peel in the parish of German have agreed to become pledges for the true
faithful administration of the said estate the said George Quine according
to Law,
Now, Know all Men by the Presents, that we, the said John Shimmin and John
Kelly hereby bind and oblige ourselves, jointly and severally, and
our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, firmly by these presents, as
pledges for the said George Quine that he shall well and truly
administer, all and singular, the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
deceased according to Law. And in his default, we bind ourselves, and each
of us, for the whole, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, to be
answerable and responsible to the said Court, and to all parties
interested in the said Estate and Effects, or the administration hereof in
the place and stead of the said George Quine.
Witness our subscriptions this 4th day of June in the Year of our Lord
