101      Ballaugh 
The humble petition of John Clark Cain of the parish of Ballaugh.
Sheweth:  That on the 3rd day of February last your petr's father John Cain
of the said parish departed this life intestate.
That it is necessary for the winding up of his affairs that administration
of his estate be granted to your petr or to some other fit and proper
person.
Wherefore your petr prays a hearing hereof  and that your worship may
be pleased to grant administration of the estate and effects of the said
John Cain deceased to your petr or to some other fit and proper person and
petr will pray.  J. Kelly for petr
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at and Eccl Court to be
held at Peel on Friday the 22nd Oct instant whereof all proper persons
and parties are to have due notice.
