The Humble Petition of Ann Caine of the parish of Jurby widow.
Sheweth:  That your petitioners late husband Cesar David Caine of the
said parish Gentleman departed this life in the said parish on the Twenty
eighth day of May instant without issue and intestate and leaving as next of
kin him surviving Letitia Jane Morrison of the town of Ramsey a minor
of the age of nine years or thereabouts.
That your petitioner is desirous that administration of the estate of her
said husband should be granted too your petitioner.   Wherefore your
petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Worship may be
pleased to grant administration of the said estate to your petitioner. And
she will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a Special
Ecclesiastical Court to be held in Douglas on Saturday the Fifth day of
June instant whereof all proper parties are to have due notice.
