This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Green of Ballacurn in
the parish of Ballaugh being of sound and disposing mind memory and
understanding at the making hereof.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Green his heirs and assigns
all and singular that estate lands, dwelling house, out offices,
and premises, therein I now live called and commonly know by  the name
of Ballacurn and situated in the parish of Ballaugh (recording a field
hereinafter names) being bounded on the north by the High Road on the south
by the lands of William Daugherty on the East by the lands of Thomas Craine
and on the West by the lands of Daniel Keig.  I also leave devise and
bequeath unto my said son Thomas Green a "Curragh or
Meadow called "Close Clark" situate in the parishes of Ballaugh and
Lezayre (the said property is not to be either mortgaged or sold) to have
and to hold the said lands houses and premises unto the said Thomas Green
his heirs and assigns forever.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my daughter Matilda Green the sum of three
hundred pounds sterling
Thomas Green sworn as executor 15 Oct 1869.
Pledges William Walter Teare of Nassau Bride

John James Cleator Ramsey parish of Maughold entered and executed the usual
bond in the presence of the court.
