The humble petition of John Matthews of the town of Douglas.
Sheweth:  That petitioner's wife Hannah Matthews formerly Freer lately
departed this life intestate and it is necessary in order to enable
petitioner to call in certain chores in action due to his said wife
previous to her decease that administration of her estate should be granted
to petr.
Wherefore he humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Worship may grant
Letter of Administration of his said deceased wifešs estate to
petr.
