Santan 1869 No 13 The humble petition of Thomas Moore administrator of the estate and effects of Charles Moore deceased. Sheweth: That your petitioner was duly sworn by your worship administrator of the estate of his late father Charles Moore of Santan and as such administrator possessed himself of his personal estate and has converted the same into cash for distribution. That the proceeds of the said personal estate together with a sum of 255.16.1 the proceeds of certain real estate of the deceased sold by George Henry Wood Coroner of Middle Sheading under execlusions for mortgage and which has been handed over by William Thomas Moore petitioners brother the heir at law of the said Charles Moore for distribution amongst the creditors of deceased are now in petitioners hands and after deducting all expenses of administration and funeral expenses the clear balance for distribution among the creditors of deceased amounts to the sum of 416.13. 2 1/2 from which the cost of this application and of distribution are to deducted. That the debts proved against the said estate of deceased amount to a large sum and petitioner is desirous that a distribution of the said band be ordered to be made amongst the said creditors by the Episcopal Registrar. Wherefore petitioner humbly pray a hearing hereof and that the Episcopal Registry be ordered to make a distribution of the said sum less the cost of this application and distribution) amongst the several creditors of deceased ---- according to their several demands and in the meantime that all creditors be inhibited from enforcing any order against petitioner except to the extent of his dividend and that the cost of this application be allowed out of the said estate and petitioner will pray W.
