This is the last will and tesatment of me Elizabeth Quayle of Glenmay in the
parish of Patrick spinster made this the nineth day of September one
thousand eight hundred and sixty nine.
I leave devise bequeath to my mother Mary Ann Quayle that dwelling house
yard garden and premises situate at Glenmay aforesaid together with the
interest arriving from the whole of my real and personal estate to hold to
the said Mary Ann Quayle the said dwelling house yard garden and premises
and the rents issues and profits thereof and the interest arriving form all
to her  my real and personal estate for the full term of her natural life on
the death of the said Mary Ann Quayle I leave devise and  bequeath to my
brother John Quayle joiner the whole said dwelling house and that yard and
garden adjoining lying to the southward of the said house and the garden
adjoining lying to the Northward thereof to have and to hold unto the said
John Quayle his respective heirs and assigns forever.
I leave and bequeath to my brother Henry Quayle twenty pounds to my sister
Margaret wife of William Leece of the town of Peel twenty pounds to my
sister Jane wife of Samuel Watterson of Port St Mary twenty pounds to my
sister Eliza wife of William Watterson fifty pounds to my sister Isabella
Sarah Quayle thirty pounds such legacies to be come due and payable on the
death of the said Mary Ann Quayle.
 I leave and bequeath to my mother Mary Ann Quayle all my wearing close.  I
leave and bequeath to all persons claiming to have an interest in my estate
the sum of six pence as legacy.
I do hereby revoke all wills codicils and testamentary dispositions by me
herefore made and I nominate constitute and appoint my brohter John Quayle
whole and sole executor of this my will and residuary legatee of my estate
in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the day month and year
first before written.  Elizabeth Quayle

John Quayle absent in Calfornia Letters of Administration was granted to
William Quayle father of the executor John Quayle
William Quayle sworn executor 20 July 1870  pledges Wm Edward Leece and
Henry Crellin both of Peel.
