I William Martin of Cronk E Dhooney in the parish of Andreas calling to
mind the uncertainty of human life do make declare and publish this my last
will and testament in manner following.
I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
I give leave and bequeath to Ann Martin wife of James Martin fifty
pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to James Martin son of my brother James fifty
pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to John Thomas Martin son of my brother James
fifty pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to Eliza Jane Martin daughter of my brother James
ten pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to Anna Martin daughter of my brother James ten
pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to Isabella Martin daughter of my brother
James ten pounds as legacy.
I give leave and bequeath to my sister Jane Clark wife of Thomas Clark
ten pounds as legacy.
I nominate constitute and appoint my brother James Martin aforesaid whole
and sole executor of this my will and residuary legatee of all the
rest of my property goods chattels and effects of what kind or nature
soever.
In witness whereof I subscribed my name hereto as and for my last will
and testament this the 10th day of May in the year 1869.   William
