This is the last will and testament of me Daniel Callow of the town or
Ramsey and parish of Lezayre Builder being of sound mind memory and
understanding at the making hereof I leave devise and bequeath unto my son
Daniel Charles Callow all the real and personal estate that I shall
die possessed of whatsoever and wheresoever situated and of whatever nature
or description the same may be to hold to him and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns
I leave and bequeath unto the rest of my children the sum of one pound
as legacy be divided equally between them and I do hereby nominate and
appoint my said son Daniel Charles Callow whole and sole executor of
this my last will and residuary legatee Hereby revoking all former wills
by me heretofore made and declaring this as and for my last will and
testament. Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fourth
day of February 1870.
