The humble petition of the Rev Charles Courtney Bluett
Sheweth:
That the said Mary Bluett late of the town of Douglas widow of John Courtney
Bluett Esquire deceased departed this life on or about the 31st day of
January last having first duly made and published her last will
and testament bearing date the 6th day of December 1869 whereof she
appointed your petitioner and John Courtney Bluett Executors in trust. That
it is requisite that probate should be granted to the said will of the said
Mary Bluett.
Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your Worship may
be pleased to grant probate of the will of the said Mary Bluett to
your petitioner one of the executors therein named in due form of law

At a Special Eccl Court held at Douglas on the 7th day of Feb 1872. Executor
granted to Charles Courtney Bluett one of the executors in said will named
as prayed for - power reserved of making the like grant of probate to John
Courtney Bluett the other executors in trust in said will named when he
shall make application to this court for the same. T. C. Callow with James
