This is the last will and testament of me Jane Clarke formerly of the Nappin
in the parish of Jurby but now residing at No 50 Waterloo Road in the town
of Ramsey Widow made this the fourteen day of January one thousand eight
hundred and seventy.
I revoke all my previous testamentary instruments.
I give all my real and personal property to my daughter Catherine
Kermode Clarke and I appoint her the said Catherine Kermode Clarke sole
executrix of this my will.   Jane Clarke
Signed by the said Jane Clarke as her last will in the presence of us
being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the
presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses:

At a Chapter Court held at Ramsey on the 10th day of May 1871. Catherine
Kermode Clarke spinster daughter of the deceased sworn as executrix with
Pledges James Callow and William Corkill
