41                             Lonan

In the Name of God Amen
I Ann Skillicorn widow of Ballacannall in the Parish of Lonan being of
sound Mind and Memory Do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner
following,
I leave and bequeath to my son John Skillicorn all and Singular the whole
of My House and Land the said premises being a part of Ballacannall in the
Parish of Lonan lately purchased by me from the said John Skillicorn he the
saiad John Skillicorn at entering on possession of the said premises shall
pay to my Executor in trust here after to be mentioned the sum of Forty
pounds Sterling.
I leave and bequeath to my grand daughters namely Ann and Isabella Craine
the sum of ten pounds each to be paid to them when they respectively arrive
to the age of twenty one years and if either of them Depart this life
before they possess the said Sum the Survivor of them shall have her share
I leave and bequeath to my three Daughters Eleanor wife of James Skillicorn
and Jane wife of John Kewley who are both in America and Elizabeth wife of
Thomas Kelly of the parish of Lonan and my grand Daughter Jane Kelly all my
household furniture money Promisory Notes Credits and Effects including the
said Sum of Forty pounds to be due and oweing from my son John Skillicorn
aforesaid and to be equally divided between them by my Executor.
Lastly I Nominate and appoint my Brother John Killip of Ballacollister of
the Parish of Lonan my Executor in trust to Execute this my last Will and
Testament who shall receive payment for trouble and Expenses. And I Revoke
all other Wills and words Rattifying and confirming this and no other to be
myh ast Will and Testament.
As witness my Name and Mark this the twenty first day of June One thousand
eight hundred and Sixty Seven 1867.
