This is the last will and testament of me Mary Mylchreest wife of
Thomas Mylchreest of Ballagarraghan in the parish of German,
Gentleman.  I being of sound mind memory and understanding at the
making hereof and revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Whereas by a Deed (hereinafter called the Trust Deed) made the 17th day of
July 1873 between the said Thomas Mylchreest of the first part
myself of the second part and James Gell of Castletown Esquire Attorney
General (hereinafter called the Trustee) of the third part certain trusts
were declared as to the sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds (hereinafter
called the Trust property) to which the said Thomas Mylchreest had become
entitled in my right paid to the trustee by the
said Thomas Mylchreest and amongst others that in case the said Thomas
Mylchreest should survive me then upon his decease to apply the trust
property or make over the same for such purposes or to such person or
persons and subject to such trusts conditions terms and provisoes as might
be appointed or declared by any deed or writing to be made and executed by
me or by my last will and testament (notwithstanding my coverture) and in
default of any appointment or so far as the same might not extend to divide
the trust property or the unappointed portion
thereof (as the case might be) amongst the persons who would have been
entitled to my personal estate in case I had died intestate and
unmarried.
Now I the said Mary Mylchreest do by this writing being my last will and
testament made and executed by me in pursuant and exercise of the power
contained in the trust deed hereby appoint and declare that the trustee or
other the trustee or trustees for the time being under the trust deed shall
apply the trust property in manner following, that is to say to pay:
1.  To Elizabeth and Annie daughters of my late nephew John Gell of
Kennaa the sum of fifty pounds each.
2.  To Annie and Amelia daughter of my nephew the said James Gell the sum of
fifty pounds each.
3.  To Philip and John sons of my nephew Philip Gell the sum of fifty
pounds each.
4.  To Anne and Jane daughters of my brother Evan Gell the sum of fifty
pounds each.
5.  To my godson being the second son of the Reverend William Thomas
Dinwoody the sum of thirty pounds.
7.  To my nieces Elizabeth Margaret and Anna Clucas all the residue of
the trust property except the sum of twenty pounds which is to be paid
to Finloe Gell son of my said nephew John Gell.
As witness my subscription this 25 day of July 1873
