This is the last will and testament of me Joseph Fisher of BallaKaighin in
the parish of Arbory Farmer being of sound mind and memory and understanding
at the making hereof and revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
I give and bequeath as follows:
1. To my daughter Anne Maddrell the sum of three hundred pounds.
2. To my son Thomas Fisher the sum of sixty pounds, In trust to pay the sum
of ten pounds without interest to each of the children of my said daughter
Anne Maddrell (except the eldest son) as they respectively attain the age of
twenty one years.
3. For each of the children of my son John Fisher deceased who may be living
at the time of my decease the sum of twenty five pounds such sum to be paid
to my said son Thomas Fisher In trust to apply the same of the benefit of
such children respectively in such manner and at such times as he may
consider best.
4. To my cousin Myles Wilson the sum of ten pounds.
5. To each of the children of my said son Thomas Fisher the sum of ten
pounds.
6. I direct that the whole of the foregoing bequested be paid without
interest at the expiration of twelve calendar months from the day of my
decease.
7. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Fisher the whole of my houshold
furniture of every kind.
8. I give and bequeath the whole of the residue of my personal property and
every kind to my wife Mary Fisher my said daughter Jane Fisher and to my
said son Thomas Fisher equally between them.
9. I appoint them the said Mary Fisher, Jane Fisher, and Thomas Fisher
executors of this my will.
I have left no other legacy to my said son and daughter Thomas Fisher and
Jane Fisher. I having already provided for them by certain other
settlements of my property.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this sixth day of May
1873.

Mary and Jane renounced executorship of will and Thomas Fisher sworn
executor with pledges being Henry John Watterson of Colby and George
Bradshaw on 7 May 1875.
Received from Thomas Fisher executor of the will of the late Joseph Fisher
and also executor of the will of the late Mary Fisher, the whole amount
bequeathed to me under the wills of the said Joseph Fisher and Mary Fisher,
save and except two thirds of the principal (and interest at present due)
on a certain Bond and Security upon the estate of Balladhoo and Ballahowin
in the parish of Santon, the property of H. Cleave Kinley such principal sum
being 1353.18.4
