This is the last will and testament of me Mary Elizabeth Mylrea of
Glenwillyn in the parish of Michael widow being of sound disposing mind,
memory and understanding at the time of the making hereof and hereby
revoking every former will made by me. I do make publish and declare
this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Jane wife of William
Callister of Long Island America the sum of Ten pounds sterling.
I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Elizabeth wife of John Caine
the sum of ten pounds sterling.
I leave devise and bequeath to each of my two sons namely William
Mylrea and Philip Cain Mylrea, the sum of five pounds sterling.
I leave devise and bequeath to my son John Thomas Mylrea the residue
and remainder of all my worldly goods moveable and immoveable
personal and real of every denomination whatever.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Thomas Mylrea
my sole executor of this my last will. In testimony whereof I
have hereunto subscribed my name this Twenty Seventh day of
September 1877. Mary Elizabeth Mylrea
Declared by the testatrix to be her last will and testament in presence
of us who in here presence and in presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses.

Philip Mylrea and John Kaighin the subscribing witnesses to the
execution of the foregoing paper writing purporting to be the last will
and testament of Mary Elizabeth Mylrea late of Glenwillyn in the parish
of Michael widow deceased who died on the 20th day of October 1877 having
made oath on the Holy Evangelists this the testatrix Mary
Elizabeth Mylrea when of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding
duly signed and acknowledged the same as and for her last will and testament
in the presence and that they at the same time in the presence of the
testatrix at her request and in the presence of each other did then and
there subscribe their names as attesting witnesses John Thomas Mylrea son of
the testatrix the executor in the said named
is therefore sworn well and truly to fulfil and execute the said will and
to whereunto all and singular the personal estate and effects of the
deceased according to law by paying the just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses of the testatrix and the legacies contained in
the said will so far forth as her estate and effects will thereto extend
and the law bind him and to return into the Episcopal Registry of the
Diocese of Sodor and Mann a full true and perfect inventory of the said
estate and effects and an accurate account of his administration thereof
when thereunto lawfully require and to these ends he hath given pledges
namely Philip Cain Mylrea of the parish of Michael and Philip Mylrea of
Saint Marks in the parish of Malew who have entered into and executed
the usual bond in the presence of the court.
