JAMES MOORE
LONAN
In the name of God Amen
I James Moore of Ballachrink in the Parish of Lonan
being in sound mind and memory do make this my last
Will and Testament at the same time revoking all
former Wills made by me declaring this and no other to
be my last Will and Testament.
1877 First I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Ann
No165 wife of Phillip Cowin the sum of seven pounds and unto
Episcopal my daughter Jane wife of Thomas Quark the sum of
four pounds two shillings and sixpence and unto my
daughter Eunice Sons the sum of one pound each as
legacies to be paid at my death by my Executor.
And lastly after all my just debts are paid I give
and bequeath the whole rest and residue of my estates
whether real or personal and all the stock in trade and
everything I am possessed of whatsoever and wheresoever
to my son William who I likewise nominate con=
stitute and appoint my Executor of this my last Will
and Testament to which I have hereunto set my hand
this the fifteenth day of February eighteen hundred and seventy five
