LONAN
In the Name of God Amen
I Elizabeth Kelly, wife of the late Thomas Kelly of
Minorca in the Parish of Lonan do hereby make
1877 this my last Will and Testament in way and manner
No118 following. First I leave devise and bequeath unto my
daughter Ann wife of James Topliss of Douglas and
Episcopal Thomas Albert Kelly my Grandson the whole of
my Right Title and Interest in my property
Viz – Two Gardens with the dwelling house and
out-offices erected thereon situate in Lhergey Gretch
-veg and is known or commonly called Thomas Kelly
property in the said Parish of Lonan their heirs or
assigns. But should William Kelly my son wish
and be willing to redeem the said property within
the time or space of 18 months after my death
he shall pay the sum of fifteen pounds unto my
daughter Ann Topliss and unto my Grandson
Thomas Albert Kelly the sum of ten pounds and the
aforesaid Ann Topliss and Thomas Albert Kelly
shall give an aquittance of all claim and demand on
the said property afterwards forever.
And I do nominate constitute appoint and ordain
my said son William Kelly my Executor of this my last
Will and Testament And I do hereby utterly disannul
all and every other former Wills and Testaments
ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last
Will and Testament. In witness hereof I have hereunto
set my hand this the 9th day of September 1874
