The humble petition of Humprhey Mylchreest of Ballamoda in the parish
of Malew.
Sheweth:  That Humphrey Stephen Mylchreest of Port St Mary Bank Agent your
petitioner's son departed this life on or about the 18th of April last
intestate.
That since the death of the said deceased his household furniture has
remained in the house tenanted by him at Port St Mary and as there is no
person in charge of the same the said furnitures is liable to be  stolen
and deteriorated by neglect.
That the deceased tenancy of the said house expires on the twelfth instant
and unless the said furniture is removed there from his estate
will be liable for a years rent from the said twelfth day of May instant.
That it is necessary that administration of the estate and effects of the
said Humphrey Stephen Mylchreest should be granted forthwith to some
fit and proper person.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your
worship may be pleased to grant administration of the estate and
effects of the said Humphrey Stephen Mylchreest to some fit and proper
person and that your Worship may be pleased to hear this application at a
Special Court to be held on an early day and petitioner will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a Special
Ecclesiastical Court to be holden at Douglas Court House on Wednesday
the 7th day of May 1879 at 12 O'clock
