This is the last will and testament of me Robert Kelly of the town of
Peel Master Mariner.
I give and bequeath to my wife Isabella for her use during her lifetime or
so long as she continues unmarried all property both real and personal
belonging to me at my decease, but without power to sell mortgage
dispose or devise the whole or any part thereof, but to hold the same in
trust for my children, but then full right to all rents, interest or profits
arising there from and I direct that at the death of my said wide Isabella
or if she should marry, at the time of her marriage, that my property
shall be divided as follows:
To my son Robert Wattleworth the sum of five shillings
To my son Thomas Edward that dwelling house and premises thereto belonging
situate in Bridge Street, Peel, now occupied by myself.
To my son John Henry that part of that dwelling house or houses situate
at the lower end of Ridge Street Peel at present in the occupation of
John Kermode and Richard Callister as tenants with the yard and
premises thereto To my son William Alfred the dwelling houses
adjoining those bequeathed to my son John Henry with the yard and premises
thereto belonging.
To my daughter Julia the sum of eighty pounds sterling and half my household
furniture
To my daughter Margaret Isabella the sum of eight pounds with the other half
of my household furniture.
And in case any of my children should die before coming into possession
of any of these bequests then I declare that their portion shall be equally
divided among the survivors.
And I further direct that at the same time, my shares in the following
vessels, viz: Mary Hayhton Lagges Sprey Nickey Sporey and Lugger Otter with
all material there belonging thereto shall be sold and the money
arising from the sale equally divided amongst my children.
and I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and revoke all
previous wills by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Sixth day of March One
thousand eight hundred and seventy seven

At a District Probate Session held at Peel on the 14th day of November 1884.
The annexed paper writing dated the 6th day of March 1877 having been proved
to be the last will and testament of Robert Kelly late of the town
of Peel Master Mariner, deceased, who died on the 16th day of August 1884.
Isabella Kelly of the said town widow the relict of the testator
the executrix therein named is sworn well and truly to fulfill and execute
the same and to administer the personal estate of the said deceased
according to law.
