Malew 1884 No 203 This is the last will and testament of me Ann Quaggin of Thalloovell in the parish of Malew. I being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding at the time of the making hereof, and of the revoking every former will made by me. I leave devise and bequeath to my son Richard Quaggin the whole of my worldly possessions moveable and immoveable under every denomination whatever, including my right title and interest in and to that parcel of land in the parish of Marown situated between the estates of Ballanicholas and Ballacallin adjoining on the north the Ballanicholas high road on the east and south by Ballacallin and on the west by Ballanicholas. The said premises being called and commonly known by the name of Boayl-willee which estate was purchased by my late husband John Quaggin deceased and myself from John Cain of Renshent. Also, including my right title and interest to that field purchased by my late husband aforesaid and myself from the late William Quaggin and commonly called the "Magher veg" and bounded on the north and west by the lands of Thalloo vell, on the east by the Shenvalley maire high road and on the south by the lands of Cæsar Crellin. I nominate constitute and appoint my son Richard Quaggin aforesaid my sole executor of all my worldly property personal and real especially my lands aforesaid, live and dead stock , notes, moneys, bonds, and mortgages, all my apparel and household furniture beds and bedding. Subjecting him to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and to the payment of six pence legacy to any of my relatives to whom the law of this Isle may allow that claim. Witness my name and cross mark this fifth day of June one thousand eight hundred and eighty three (1883) Ann Quaggin my mark X Read to the testatrix and signed by her in presence of us, who in her presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
