The humble petition of William Pinder of Saint Michaels on Wyre
Garstang and James Wood Bell of 2 Sunnyside Wood Church Lane Oxton
Birkenhead
Sheweth that Louisa Ann Bawden late of Brookfield Foxdale in the parish
of Patrick widow died on or about the 18th day of June 1885 having first
duly made and published her last will and testament in writing bearing
date the 20th day of November 1884 whereof she appointed her daughter
Isabella Jane Bawden executrix.
That the said Isabella Jane Bawden died on or about the --- day of having
predeceased the said Louisa Ann Bawden.
That it is necessary that administration with the said will annexed
should be granted to some fit and proper person or persons
Wherefore petitioners prays a  hearing hereof and that your Honor may be
pleased to grant administration Thomas Kneen Advocate of Petitioners.
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be held at
Douglas on Monday the 8th day of June 1885 at 12 o'clock at noon. Whereof
all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful
notice.

This is the last will and testament of Louisa Ann Bawden of Brookfield
Foxdale widow
I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa wife of William Pinder the
sum of one hundred pounds.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of James Bell the sum of
one hundred pounds and as to the rest residue and remainder of my property
real or personal whatsoever or where so ever situated. I leave and bequeath
the same to my daughter Isabella Jane Bawden.
I hereby nominate and appoint the said Isabella Jane Bawden executrix
and residuary legatee of this my will and I hereby cancel all or any
former wills or wills by me executed.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twentieth
day of November one thousand eight hundred eight four.

Issued published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last
will and testament the same having been duly read to her in our presence who
in her presence at her request and in presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses.
