This is the last will and testament of Cæsar Crellin of Cronk Breck in
the parish of German Gentleman who being of sound mind memory and
understanding doth make publish and declare the same in manner and
form following, that is to say:
I leave and bequeath to my son Cæsar Crellin the sum of five shillings
as a legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my son John Crellin the sum of five shillings as a
legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my son Robert Crellin the sum of five shillings as
a legacy
I leave and bequeath to my son William Crellin the sum of five shillings
as a legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Catherine wife of William Spence
the sum of five shillings as legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Emma Crellin the sum of five
shillings as a legacy.
I nominate, constitute, and appoint my wife Margaret Crellin whole and
sole executrix and residuary legatee of my estate, goods and effects of what
kind or nature soever or wheresoever situated for her own use and benefit.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the Twenty
seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and eighty.  Cæsar Crellin

Margaret Crellin renounced executorship and granted it to Cæsar Crellin
a son 29 day of June 1885.
