This is the last will and testament of me Jane Moore widow of the late
William Moore of Fleshwick in the parish of Rushen.  I being of sound
mind and memory at the making hereof.
First I do hereby revoke and render void all wills by me heretofore made.
I leave to my four grandchidlren John Thomas Watterson, William Henry
Watterson and Peter Moore Watterson twenty pounds sterling each and to
Margaret Ann Watterson forty pounds sterling they being children of my late
daughter Ann wife of William Watterson Carpenter.
I leave and bequeath to my grandchildren Jane wife of Henry Kermode twenty
pounds to Margaret Hannah wife of John Kermode ten pounds to Annie Isabell
Watterson, Susannah Watterson, Emma Watterson ten pounds each the said five
grandchildren being children of my daughter
Jane Watterson wife of William Watterson Farmer
I leave and bequeath to my grandchildren Jane Clague twenty pounds and
to Susannah Clague ten pounds children of James Clague of the Rowany
and my daughter Susannah his wife.
I leave and bequeath to my grandson Thomas Clague son of Thomas Clague
butcher and my daughter Margaret Catherine his wife twenty pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my grandchildren Mary Jane Moore, Margaret Matilda
Moore and Emeline Annie Moore children of my son William Moore ten pounds
each.
I leave to the poor of the parish of Rushen ten pounds.
I leave to the trustees of the Ballafesson New Wesleyan Chapel five
pounds.
I leave all the rest of my property goods and effects to my son William
Moore and I do hereby appoint him executor of this my last will and
testament according to law.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Castletown this
fourth day of August One thousand eight hundred and eighty two.

personal estate of the said deceased - court granted Administration de bonis
non to the several estates left unadministered to John William Moore. 8 Sep

18 Apr 1891 Thomas Clague son of Thomas Clague butcher received 20 pounds sterling

Peter Moore Watterson received twenty pounds 31 Aug 1891.

Susannah Watterson received ten pounds 2 Oct 1895.

James Quinney of Ballastrang Malew husband of Mary Jane Quinney otherwise
Moore received ten pounds sterling 18 Mar 1889.

Margaret Ann Watterson received forty pounds 9 Nov 1885.

William Henry Watterson received twenty pounds sterling  15th Dec 1886

Rev Charles Richard Dawes Vicar of Rushen and church wardens received ten
pounds  on 1st Nov 1886.

John Thomas Watterson received twenty pounds sterling on 19th day of
November 1886.

Henry Kermode City of Liverpool in England husband of Catherine Jane Kermode
otherwise Watterson grand daughter of Jane Moore received twenty pounds
sterling  11the August 1886 at Castletown.

John Kermode of the Howe Rushen husband of Margaret Hannah Kermode otherwise
Watterson received ten pounds sterling  8th Nov 1886.

Jane Clague daughter of James Clague of the Rowany in the parish of Rushen
received twenty pounds  20 Nov 1886.
