The petition of Catharine Maddrell of the parish of Marown widow.
Sheweth That some short time ago petitioneršs husband Robert Maddrell
of Ballalough in the parish of Marowm farmer departed this life
intestate and it is necessary that some proper person be appointed
administrator of his estate and effects.
Wherefore petitioner will pray an hearing hereof and that your honor may be
pleased to appoint John Blair of the town of Douglas or some other fit and
proper person administrator of the said estate. And petitioner will
ever pray.

At a Court held at Castletown Isle of Man the 22nd day of November
1886.
Upon hearing this petition in presence of parties or their advocate and it
being proved that Robert Maddrell of Ballalough in the parish of Marown
Farmer on or about the 15th day of Sep 1886 departed this life
this court hath decreed John Blair of Woodbourne Terrace in the town of
Douglas Accountant administrator of all and singular the personal estate and
effects of the said deceased, and accordingly he is sworn well and truly to
administer the said estate and effects of the said decease by paying his
just debts and funeral expenses so far forth as the said estate and effects
will extend and Law bind him and distributing the residue according to Law,
and to return to the proper Registry a full, true and perfect inventory of
all and singular the said estate and effects, with an accurate account of
his administration thereof when thereunto lawfully required.
