The humble petition of Elizabeth Brew Moore, Catherine Moore, Miriam Moore,
and Annie Maria Moore of 14 Alexander Drive in the town of
Douglas.
Sheweth as follows:
1. That your pet's mother Elizabeth Brew Moore of 14 Alexander Drive
aforesaid widow departed this life on or about the 12th day of
September 1887 intestate.
2. That your petitioners desire that administration of the estate and
effects of the said Elizabeth Brew Moore may be granted to John
Kerruish Sumner of the parish of Braddan.
Wherefore petitioners pray a hearing hereof and that administration of
the estate and effects of the said deceased may be granted to the said John
Kerruish or to some other fit and proper person and petrs will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be held at
Douglas on Monday the 17th day of October 1887 at 11 o'clock in the
forenoon. Whereof all proper parties and person are to have due and lawful
notice.

pledges William Thomson and William Kermode.
We do hereby consent to administration of the estate and effects of the said
deceased being granted to John Kerruish Sumner of Braddan.
