I Edward Curphey Farrant of Ballakillingham in the parish of Lezayre Esquire
do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament. I
being of sound mind at the making hereof and revoking all wills by me
heretofore made.
I desire and bequeath to my wife Isabella Farrant all my real and
personal estate of every description absolutely she being residuary devisee
and legatee of all my property.
As to all real estate which belonged to me comprised in certain Articles
of Agreement made (in contemplation of due marriage of myself and the said
Isabella Farrant ) the 29th June 1875 between myself of the first part the
said Isabella Farrant then Callister of the second part and John Thomas
Clucas and Samuel Harrison Esquires ( as trustees) of the third part. I
declare that this my will is made in exercise of the power of appointment
given me by each articles.
I appoint my said wife to be executrix of this my will.
As witness my subscription this fourth day of Febuary 1890. Ed Farrant.

16 May 1890 Henry Edward Bishop of Ramsey Accountant sworn executor with
right of recalling and revoking this grant and of making a grant of probate
of the said will to the said Isabella Farrant when she shall apply
for the same.
Bond between Henry Edward Bishop of Prospect Villa Lezayre Bank Clerk, James
Murray Cruickshank and Charles Banks Nelson of Ramsey
Advocates in the sum of one thousand pounds to our Sovereign Lady the Queen
on 21 April 1890.
