This is the last will and testament of me Ann Clark otherwise
Mylchreest of Ballagarrahyn in the parish of German widow being of
sound mind memory and understanding at the making hereof and hereby revoking
all wills by me heretofore at any time made.
I bequeath to my niece Ann Gell daughter of the late John Gell of Kenna in
the said parish of German all my moneys, goods and effects of every
description and I appoint her my said niece sole executrix of this my
will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this day of day
of December 1885.    Anne Clark

At a Court holden at Peel on the 10th day of March 1890.  Ann Gell of St
Johns spinster sworn executrix with pledges being Henry Gell and
Thomas Corlett who took out a bond in the amount of one hundred and fifty
pounds.
Next of kin John McHutchin Gell of Ramsey and Ann Gell of St Johns KG. Ann
Clark died 26 Feb 1890.
