In the name of God Amen.
I Mary Kelly of Ann's Terrace in the parish of Kirk Santan being of sound
and deposing mind memory and understanding at the making and
executing thereof do make and publish this paper writing as and for my last
will and testament in manner following, that is to say:
I give and bequeath to each of my nine children namely Robert Kelly,
Elizabeth Wilton, Margaret Voase; Catherine Kelly, Esther Kinnish,
Thomas Kelly, James Kelly, Albert Kelly and Christian Kelly the sum of
ten pounds sterling.
Also I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Maud Wilton the sum of
five pounds sterling.
Also I give and bequeath to my daughters Margaret Voase, Elizabeth Wilton,
Catherine Kelly, and Esther Kinnish, and Christian Kelly all my household
furniture and clothing to be fairly divided amongst them by my executor
herein after named.  Also I give and bequeath to eight of my children namely
Margaret Voase; Robert Kelly, Elizabeth Wilton,
Catherine Kelly, Esther Kinnish, Thos Kelly, James Kelly and Christian
Kelly all the moneys bequeathed to me by my brother Edward Quine (deceased)
Also I give devise and bequeath to my son Albert Kelly a certain plot of
land  known by the name of the Garey situate in the parish of Santon devised
and bequeathed to me by my brother Edward Quine (deceased). Also I give
devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my real and personal
estate to my son Albert Kelly.
And I nominated constitute and appoint my said son Albert Kelly sole
executor and trustee of this my will hereby revoking all wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this thirtieth
day of December one thousand eight hundred eighty nine 1889.       Mary

At a court holden at Douglas on the 3rd day of February 1890.  Albert Kelly
of Port Erin in the parish of Rushen Railway Guard a son of the testatrix
sworn executor with witnesses as pledges.
