Rushen 1890 No 111 I Thomas Moore of Sea View House near Port Erin in the parish of Rushen, farmer, do hereby make and publish my last will and testament in manner following, hereby revoking every former will by me heretofore made. I give devise and bequest to my wife Margaret Moore, the whole of my real estate, including the lands, houses and premises at and near Ballafesson in the said parish of Rushen and the two dwelling houses and premises part of Shenvalley near Port Erin in the said parish of Rushen. To Hold the same and the income thereof for and during the term of her natural life or so long as she shall continue a widow in my name subject to the foregoing provision. I do hereby give devise and bequeath the whole of my said Real Estate of Lands House and premises both at and near Ballafesson and at Shenvalley in the parish of Rushen aforesaid (including and meaning to include in this description all my real estate of every kind in the said parish of Rushen) to my son William Moore. To Have and to Hold the said real estate and every part thereof unto him the said William Moore his heirs and assigns from the day of the death or intermarriage of my said wife Margaret Moore with any other man (whichever event shall first occur) absolutely and forever. He and they taking the said real estate charged with and subject to all mortgages and burdens affecting the same at the time of my decease it being my will that no claim be made against my personal estate for any sum or sums that maybe secured and chargeable upon the said real estate. I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Margaret Moore the whole of my personal estate and effects of goods and monies of every kind and description and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Margaret Moore sole executrix of this my will.
