At a Court held at Douglas the 21st day of July 1890
Upon hearing this petition in presence of the parties or their Advocates
and it being proved that Thomas Kelly late of Ballcannel parish of Lonan
farmer on or about the 26 day of February 1890 departed this life intestate

This Court hath Decreed Robert Kewley of the Graw in the said parish farmer
Administrator of all and Singular the person Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased, and accordingly he is sworn well and truly to administer the said
Estate and Effects of the said Deceased
