195 In the Name of God Amen. I William
Hogg of Laxey Glen in the Parish of
Lonan, Miner, being of sound mind
memory and understanding do make this
my last Will and Testament in manner
following, hereby revoking and cancelling
all Wills heretofore made by me.
First I leave devise and
bequeath the whole of my personal
Estate of whatsoever nature or
description equally and proportionately
between my two children Emma Clara
Hogg and Thomas Cowin Hogg each
to share alike, that is to say whatever
remains after paying my just debts
and funeral expenses. I also hereby
declare that the money standing to my credit
JTC/CC and that of my son William Hogg junior ? jointly
in the Bank all belongs entirely to my sd son
William, moreover all money standing to
my credit and my son John Hogg in the
JTC/CC Bank ? jointly belongs entirely to my said son
John and I wish the said mounts to be
JTC/CC paid by my hereinafter ?mentioned Executor to my said
sons William and John respectively
I also hereby nominate constitute and
appoint George Quayle junior, Old Laxey
in the said Parish of Lonan, accountant,
sole executor of this my last Will and
Testament and have hereunto subscribed
my name this the eighth day of August
in the year eighteen hundred and ninety
(1890)
