German 1891 185 Isle of Man the 9th day of November 1891. It being proved that John Halsall late of Cronk E Voddy in the parish of German, farmer, on or about the 27th day of July 1891 departed this life and intestate, This court hath decreed Jane Halsall of Cronk E Voddy aforesaid widow the relict of deceased Administrator of All and Singular the personal Estate and Effects of the said deceased, and accordingly she is sworn well and truly to administer the said estate and effects of the said deceased by paying his just debts and funeral expenses so far forth as the said Estate and Effects will extend and the Law bind her and distributing the residue according to Law, and to return to the proper Registry a full, true, and perfect inventory of all and singular the said Estate and Effects, with an accurate account of her administration thereof when thereunto lawfully required. --------- Gill a judge of the said court. Estate of John Halsall Know all men by these presents, that we Jane Halsall of Cronk E Voddy, Frederick Halsall of Cronk E Voddy and James Killip of Ballaugh are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our Sovereign Lady the Queen in the sum of Two hundred pounds, to the payment whereof, well and truly to be made to our said Lady the Queen her heirs, and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators, firmly by these present. As witness our subscription the 9th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. The condition of the obligation is such, that if the above named Jane Halsall the intended administratrix of all and singular the personal estate and effects of John Halsall late of Cronk E Voddy farmer but now deceased, who died on or about the 27th July 1891, do, when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said deceased which have or shall come into her hands, possession, or knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her and the same to made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited into the proper Registry in that behalf whenever required by law so to do: And the same personal estate and effects and all other the personal estate and effects of the said deceased which shall at any time come into the hands or possession of the said Jane Halsall or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her or which without default might have come into the hands or possession of the said Jane Halsall do well and truly administer according to law, that is to say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said personal estate will extend and the law bind the said Jane Halsall and do deliver and pay unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto all the rest and residue of the said personal estate and effects, then this obligation to be void and of no effect or else to remain in full force and virtue.
