This is the last will and testament of me Catharine Teare of
Ballaskelley in the parish of Bride widow being of sound mind memory
and understanding at the making hereof.
I leave devise and bequeath to my son William Teare the sum of One hundred
Pounds Sterling as legacy.
I leave devise and bequeath to the six children of my said son William
the sum of five pounds each as legacy and in the event of any of such
children not having attained the age of twenty one years at the time of
my decease then I direct that the legacy or legacies of any and all of
such children shall be paid to their father whose receipt for the same
shall be a sufficient discharge to my executor.
I devise the whole  of the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate
of whatever the same may consist and wheresoever situate or discovered to my
eldest son Daniel Teare to his own use absolutely and I nominate and appoint
him my said son Daniel sole executor of this my
will hereby revoking all former wills by me made declaring this to be my
last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the 26th
day of November 1887.

Signed published and declared by the testatrix as and for her last will
and testament in presence of us who in her presence and in presence of each
other have hereunto subscribed our names.
