This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Skillicorn of Chester
Street in the town of Douglas joiner to take effect only in the event of
the proposed marriage between me and Elizabeth briars of Wall Road in the
said town being solemnized.   I leave devise and bequeath to the said
Elizabeth Briars and her heirs executors administrators and assigns the
whole of the estate real and personal and of every description belonging to
me at the time of my decease and I appoint her sole executrix of this my
last will. I revoke all former wills made by me   Witness my name hereto
subscribed this twenty seventh day of April one thousand eight hundred and
eighty two
