I, William Hall of Ballacurphey
in the parish of Arbory do hereby
make and publish my last Will
and Testament in manner fol-
lowing: -
First – I give, devise and bequeath to 
	my wife Catherine Hall – all
	and singular the whole of my Estate of
	Lands Dwelling House Buildings
	and premises situate and being
	part of “Ballafodda” in the Parish
	of Arbory, now in my own holding
and occupation – to have and 
to hold the same and every part 
thereof to her and her heirs and
assigns from and after the day
of my decease, absolutely for ever
free from the control or interference
of my heir at law, or any other person
or persons whomsoever.
Second – I leave and bequeath to any per
	son who may claim against my 
	Estate or my executrix, the sum
	of sixpence.-------------  
Third - I leave and bequeath to my said 
wife Catherine Hall, the whole of the 
rest residue and remainder of my 
personal Estate of Goods Monies and 
Effects, and I do hereby appoint her 
my said wife Catherine Hall to be 
sole Executrix of this my will. ---- 
    As witness my name hereto this 
seventeeth Day of February, eighteen
hundred and eighty two.
