The humble petition of Jane Moore Widow and John William Moore of Fleshwick
in the parish of Rushen.
Sheweth as follows:
1. That the said Jane Moore deceased widow of William Moore deceased
departed this life at Fleshwick in the parish of Rushen on the 8th day of
May 1885 having first duly made and published her last will and
testament dated the 4th day of August 1882 whereof she appointed her son
William Moore executor.
2.  That probate of the said will of the said Jane Moore deceased was at the
District Probate Sessions held at Castletown on the 9th day of November 1885
granted to the said William Moore.
3.  That the said William Moore departed this life on the 24th day of May
1891 without having fully administered the estate of the said Jane
Moore deceased.
4.  That it is necessary that Letters of Administration of the
unadministered estate and effects of the said Jane Moore with her said
will annexed be granted.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant Letters of Administration of the estate
and effects of the said Jane Moore deceased with her said will annexed
to your petitioner John Williams Moore and that your petitioners may
have such other relief as is meet and they will pray.
