This is the last will and testament of me Philip Kelly of Ballagrawe in
the parish of Marown.  I revoke all former wills made by me.  I leave and
devise to my daughter Elizabeth Margaret Kelly two fields part of my estate
of Ballagrawe aforesaid called Slieu Thalloo or Slieu Thalloos
which join the road from Douglas to Ingebreck also my two meadows
lying below  the dwelling house on Ballagrawe and joining the lands of
Ballaview the property of Mr Clague on the North to hold the same together
with all rights of every and other easements now actually used and enjoyed
therewith unto my said daughter and her heirs and assigns for her sole and
separate use free from the control debts and engagements of her present or
any any future husband.
I leave and devise to my eldest son Philip Henry Kelly and his heirs and
assigns all the remaining part of my estate of Ballagrawe aforesaid.
I leave and bequeath to my son John Zachariah Kelly the sum of ten
pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my son Joseph Kennish Kelly the sum of one hundred
pounds.
I leave all the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal
to my daughter Elizabeth Margaret Kelly absolutely and appoint her sole
executrix of this my will.  I leave and devise to my said daughter the
ground rent payable to me  out of the cottage on my  estate owned and
occupied by Mr. Isaac Cannell Joiner.  I also leave and devise to my said
daughter the ground rent payable to me out of the cottage on the said estate
lately owned by Mr John Thomas Kelly Renscault and now occupied by Mr Killey
such ground rents being respectively fifteen shillings and
ten shillings and six pence per annum.  I leave my said daughter sole
executrix of this my will.  Witness my name this 2nd August 1890. Philip

14th Nov 1893 Elizabeth Margaret Kelly wife of Charles Kelly under
coverature and unable to take probate of said will.  The husband Charles
Kelly of Kensington in the city of Liverpool, Baker, husband of the said
Elizabeth Margaret Kelly sworn executor.
Charles Kelly and
Joseph Kennish Kelly of Bellgrawe Terrace Douglas and John Zachariah
Kelly of this Strang Bradden took out a bond in the amount of &ound150  in
payment to the Queen 14 Nov 1893.
