I Martha Gick of Number 2 Swiss Villas in the parish of Conchan do hereby
make and publish my last will and testament in manner following that is to
say.
First I leave and bequeath to my two sisters Catharine Gick and Frances Gick
the whole of my right title and interest or share on and unto the dwelling
house and premises Number 2 Swiss Villas aforesaid and to which I became
entitled under a Deed of Settlement from my mother Mrs Catherine Gick
bearing date the 14th day of October 1885. To have and to Hold the same unto
them the said Catherine Gick and Frances Gick and the survivor of them, and
the heirs and assigns of such survivor from the day of my decease absolutely
for ever. Subject nevertheless to the due proportion of all rates taxes and
public burdens in anywise chargeable upon the same.
Second I leave and bequeath to my two sisters the said Catherine Gick and
Frances Gick my portion or share of the Houshold furniture and effects in
the said dwelling house and premises before mentioned. To have and to hold
the same and every part thereof unto them the said Catherine Gick and
Frances Gick and the survivor of the and the executors and administrators of
such survivor from the day of my decease absolutely forever.
Third And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint them the said
Catherine Gick and Frances Gick executrices of this my will and sole
residuary legatees thereunder.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fifteenth day of
October One thousand eight hundred and eighty five (1885).
