This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Caine of Cambridge
Terrace in the town of Douglas widow I being of sound disposing mind memory
and understanding at the making and execution hereof.  After payment of all
my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses I leave and bequeath
unto my daughter Mary Ann wife of Francis McDonald of the city of Liverpool
the piano.
I leave and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal
estate to my granddaughter Maria who now resides with me and I do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son John Caine sole executor
hereof hereby revoking all former wills at anytime heretofore by me
made and declaring this only to be my last will and testament as
witness my name this 28th day of November 1890.

Signed published and declared by the said Elizabeth Caine as and for her
last will and testament in our presence who at her request in her
presence and the presence of each other have affirmed our names as witness
hereto:

At a court holden at Douglas on the 25th day of June 1894
John Caine of Rose Mount in the town of Douglas Tanner executor sworn
to administer her will.

I John Looney being one of the next of kin of Elizabeth Caine deceased do
hereby acknowledge to have received notice of the application of the
above named petitioner John Caine to obtain probate of the will of the
said Elizabeth Caine deceased at a court to be held in Douglas on the 22
June 1894 and I do hereby agree to the same and to probate being granted to
the said John Caine at the said court on at any subsequent court.
As witness my name this 18th day of 1894.
