This the last will and testament by me Thomas Cannell being of sound mind
memory and understanding I leave and bequeath to Robert Henry Daugherty all
and singular houses and lands situate at Barregarrow in
the parish of KK Michael.
I leave and bequeath to Janetta Margaret Daugherty house and garden situate
in KK Michael Village.
I leave and bequeath to William Charles Daugherty the sum of twenty pounds.
I leave and bequeath to Isabella Christian Fern the sum of twenty pounds.
I leave and bequeath to Elizabeth Jane Lamb the sum of twenty pounds.
I leave and bequeath to Emily Ann Quayle the sum of twenty pounds.
I leave and bequeath to Elizabeth Quayle the cow.
Elizabeth Daugherty to received the rents yearly of all my real property
during her life.
I appoint Elizabeth Daugherty executrix of all my personal properties.
This the Sixteenth day of April One thousand eight hundred ninety four.

At a District Probate Session holden at Peel on the 12 November  1894. The
annexed paper writing dated the 16 day of April 1894 having been proved to
be the last will and testament of Thomas Cannell late of Barregarrow in the
parish of Michael deceased who died on the 19th day
of May 1894.  Elizabeth Daugherty of Gordon in the parish of Patrick
widow SISTER of the testator the executrix therein name is sworn well
and truly to fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal
estate of the said deceased according to law.

Received from Mrs Elizabeth Daugherty of Gordon Kirk Patrick Isle of Man the
sum of twenty pounds being the amount of legacy due to me under the will of
Thomas Cannell deceased of Barregarrow in the parish of Michael Isle of Man
this twentieth of July 1896
