To His Honor John Frederick Gill Esquire one of Her Majesty's 
Deemsters for the Isle of Man and a Judge of the above 
Division.
The humble petition of Thomas Cæsar Corrin of the town of 
Peel -  Net Manufacturer.
Sheweth:  That Mrs Alice Fisher late of No. 1 Stanley Terrace in 
the town of Peel Widow departed this life on or about the 11th 
day of February 1895 having first duly made and published her 
last will and testament dated the 12th day of April 1892 whereof 
she appointed your petitioner sole executor.
That your petitioner is desirous of obtaining probate of the said 
will.  Wherefore petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and 
that your Honor may be pleased to grant probate of the said will 
to your petitioner.
And petitioner will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard before me at a 
court to be held at Peel on Monday next the 4th March 1895 at 
11 O'clock forenoon whereof all proper parties and persons are 
to have due and lawful notice

This is the last will and testament of me Mrs Alice Fisher of the 
town of Peel widow 
I revoke all other wills and testamentary documents heretofore 
made by me.
I leave and bequeath to my daughters Anne Alice and Louisa 
Jane the whole of my household furniture books pictures and 
household effects the same or the proceeds thereof to be equally 
divided between them.
I leave and bequeath to my said daughter Anne Alice the sum of 
One hundred pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter's  Mary Eleanor, Anne 
Alice, Francis Amelia, and Louisa Jane the rest residue and 
remainder of my property real and  personal of whatever nature 
or kind soever to be equally divided between them less the sum 
of five shillings which I bequeath to my son Daniel Thomas 
Fisher.
I nominate constitute and appoint my nephew Thomas Casar 
Corrin of Peel to be sole executor of this my will.  In witness 
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Twelfth day 
of April One thousand eight hundred and ninety two.

Signed published and declared by the testatrix Alice Fisher as 
and for her last will and testament in presence of us present at 
the same time who at her request in her presence and in presence 
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

At a court holden at Peel on the 4th day of March 1895.
The annexed paper writing dated this 12th day of April 1892 
having been proved to be the last will and testament of Alice 
Fisher late of the town of Peel widow deceased who died on the 
11th day of February 1895.  Thomas Casar Corrin of Shore 
Road in the town of Peel Net Manufacturer a nephew of the 
testatrix the executor therein named is sworn well and truly to 
fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal estate 
of the said deceased according to law.    W. Gill
