I James Caley of Ballamoar in the parish of Lonan Miner being of sound
mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament
in manner following hereby revoking and cancelling all wills heretofore
made by me.
First I leave devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Caley all my real and
personal estate of whatsoever nature or description as her own, but in
the event of my said wife Mary Caley dying intestate then the whole of
my real and personal estate remaining at her decease shall become the
absolute property of my son Joseph William Caley.
I also hereby nominate constitute and point my said wife Mary Caley sole
executrix of this my last will and testament and have hereunto
subscribed my name this the second day of November in the years one thousand
eight hundred and ninety four.

At a District Probate Session held at Douglas on the 5th November 1895. The
annexed paper writing dated the second day of November 1894 having been
proved to be the last will and testament of James Caley late of Ballamoar in
the parish of Lonan Miner deceased who died on the 3rd day
of August 1895  Mary Caley of Ballamoar aforesaid widow the relict of
the testator the executrix therein named is sworn well and truly to
fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal estate of the
said deceased according to law.
W. L. Drinkwater a judge of the said court with pledges being the
witnesses to the said will.
