The humble petition of Helena Turnbull, Esther Jane Turnbull, Emma Turnbull,
James Herbert Turnbull, Thomas Edward Turnbull, and William Henry Turnbull.
Sheweth as follows:
1. Jane Turnbull late of Port St Mary in the parish of Rushen widow and
mother of your petitioners departed this life on the 25th day of April
1893 having first duly made and published her last will and testament dated
the 10th day of March 1893 whereof she appointed your petitioners Esther
Jane Turnbull and Emma Turnbull executrices.
2. It is necessary that the said will should be proved.
3. The only next of kin of the said deceased are your petitioners.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that your honor
may be pleased to grant probate of the will of the said Jane
Turnbull, widow, deceased to your petitioners Esther Jane Turnbull and Emma
Turnbull and that your petitioners may have such other relief as is meet and
they will pray.

This is the last will and testament of me Jane Turnbull of Port St Mary
Rushen in the Isle of Man made this tenth day of March in the year of our
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Three.
I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint
my two daughters Esther J. Turnbull and Emma Turnbull (jointly) to be
my Executors and direct that all my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary
Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto each of my sons Herbert, Thomas and William
Turnbull and to my daughter Helena Turnbull one bed and bedding. To my
daughters Esther Jane and Emma the two best beds with bedding and also
anything else of which I may die possessed. Jane Turnbull
