Know all men by these present we Isaac Moore of the Village Onchan,
tailor, Edward Gelling of Baldrine in the Parish of Lonan, farmer, and
John James Kelly Croit ne Howe in the Parish of Lonan, farmer, are
jointly and severally and any two us jointly bound unto our Sovereign
Lady the Queen in the sum of Thirty pounds to the payment whereof, well and
truly to be made to our said Lady the Queen; her heirs and
successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and severally, and any
two of us jointly, our executors and administrators, firmly by these
presents.  As witness our subscriptions the 14th day of May in the year
of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five.
The condition of the obligation is such, that if the above named Isaac Moore
who seeks to obtain a grant of Probate of the last Will and Testament of
Margaret Moore late of the Village in the Parish of Onchan but now deceased,
who died on or about the 27th day of March 1895, so, when lawfully called on
in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true
and perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of
the said deceased, which have or shall come to his hands, possession,
or knowledge or into the hands of any other person for him and the same so
made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the property Registry
in that behalf whenever required by law so to do:  And the same personal
Estate, and Effects of the said deceased, which shall at any time come into
the hands or possession of the said Isaac Moore or into the hands or
possession of any other person or persons for him or which without default
might have come into the hands or possession of the said Isaac Moore do well
and truly administer according to law, that is to say, do
pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said
personal estate will extend and the law bind the said Isaac Moore then
this obligation to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force
and virtue.

The executing parties to the foregoing bond acknowledged the same to be
their Act and deed.

In the name of God Amen, I Margaret Moore widow of the Parish of
Onchan do hereby make this my last will and testament in way and
manner following.  I leave and bequeath unto my son Isaac Moore of the
Village of Onchan all the rest and remainder of my goods monies clothes and
effects of whatsoever kind nature or description soever and wheresoever and
I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my aforesaid son executor and
residuary legatee of this my last will and testament as witness my name this
the Eleventh day of August one thousand eight hundred and ninety one August

At a District Probate Session held at Douglas on the 14 May 1895.
The annexed paper writing dated this 11th day of August 1891 having
been proved to be the last will and testament of Margaret (in the will
called Margret) Moore late of the Village in the Parish of Onchan widow
deceased who died on the 27th day of March 1895 Isaac Moore of the Village
of Onchan aforesaid tailor a son of the testatrix the executor therein named
is sworn well and truly to fulfil and execute this same
and  to administer the personal estate of the said deceased according to
