This is the last will and testament of me Edward Teare of Earey in the
parish of Patrick I being at the time of the making hereof of sound
disposing mind memory and understanding.
I revoke all wills and testaments heretofore made by me.
I leave and bequeathed to my son Philip Teare the sum of forty pounds
sterling.
I leave and bequeath to my son Robert Teare the like sum of forty pounds
sterling
I leave and bequeath my daughter Isabella wife of Thomas Radcliffe the sum
of one hundred pounds sterling.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Sophia Teare the sum of one hundred
pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my son Daniel Teare the sum of ten pounds
sterling but should I advance any monies to my said son in my lifetime
and after the date of this my will the same shall be deducted from the
amount of the foregoing bequest.
Subject to the foregoing bequests I leave bequeath and devise the whole
of my real and personal estate of every description and where ever
situate unto my said son Robert Teare his heirs and executors but upon trust
nevertheless for the following purposes that is to say in trust to
pay over the rents issues interests and profits thereof to my son Archibald
Teare and my daughter Emily Teare during the term of their natural lives
equally between them and upon the death of either of them without leaving
lawful issue him or her surviving to pay over the whole
of such rents issues interests and profits to the survivor of them for the
term of his or her natural life but in case my said son Archibald Teare
shall leave lawful issue him surviving then I leave bequeath and devise
the one half or in case of the death of the said Emily Teare without
leaving lawful issue her surviving then the whole of the said real and
personal estate to the children of the said Archibald Teare living at his
death and the issue then living of his children then deceased to take if
more than one equally between them according to the stocks and not to the
number of individuals the issue of deceased children taking my substitution
equally between them the respective share only which their respective
parents would if living have taken.
And in case my daughter Emily Teare shall leave lawful issue her
surviving then I leave bequeath and devise the one half of in case of the
death of the said Archibald Teare without leaving lawful issue him
surviving then the whole of the said real and personal estate to the
children of the said Emily Teare living at her death and the issue then
living of her children then deceased to take if more than one equally
between them according to the stocks and not the number of individuals the
issue of deceased children taking by substitution equally between
them the respective shares only which their respective parents would if
living have taken  But in case both my said son Archibald Teare and my
daughter Emily Teare shall die without leaving lawful issue them
surviving then I direct my said trustee on the death of the survivor of them
to make sale and dispose of the whole of the said real and personal estate
by public auction or private contract and to divide the proceeds thereof
amongst my children living at the death of such survivor and the issue then
living of my children then deceased to take by more than one equally between
them according to the stocks and not to the number of individuals the issue
of deceased children taking by substitution equally between them the
respective share only which their respective parents would if living have
taken.
And I nominate constitute and appoint my said son Robert Teare sole executor
of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty
fifth day of July one thousand eight hundred and ninety three.   Edward

At a District Probate Session holden at Peel on the 11th November 1895.
Robert Teare farmer a son of testator sworn with pledges John Cannell
Blacksmith of Peel and Thomas Radcliffe his mark x farmer Patrick.
I Daniel C. Teare in the County of Dickinson and state of Kansas North
America do acknowledge to have rec'd from Robert Teare executor of the will
of Edward Teare my Father dated 25 Jul 1893 the sum of 10 pounds being a
legacy left me in the said will and I do hereby release the estate
of my father and Robert Teare his executor from all demands and claims
in respect of the legacy.  In witness whereof I here unto subscribed my name
this the tenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.

21 day of July one thousand eight hundred and ninety six Philip Teare,
Thomas Radcliff his x mark, Isabella Radcliffe, Sophia Teare and Robert
Teare received the full amount of the legacy given them.
Thomas Stephen Quirk Cooil of the town of Peel advocate the subscribing
witness to the foregoing deed appeared before me and made oath on the Holy
Evangelist that PhilipTeare, Thomas Radcliffe, Isabella Radcliffe, Sophia
Teare and Robert Teare the executing parties thereto duly executed the same
in presence of deponent.
