The humble pet of Elizabeth Isabella Fargher widow, Thomas Fargher and Maria
Fargher spinster
Sheweth:
1. Thomas Fargher late of Derby haven in the parish of Malew the husband of
your pet Elizabeth Isabella Fargher and the father of your petrs
Thomas Fargher and Maria Fargher departed this life on the 30th Mar
1896 having first duly made and published his last will and testament
dated the 24th February 1896 where of he appoint your petitioner
Thomas Fargher executor.
2. It is necessary that the said will of the said deceased should be
proved.
3. The only next of kin of the said deceased resident in this island are
your petrs.
Wherefore your petrs humbly pray a hearing hereof and that your honor may
be please to grant probate of the said will of the said Thomas
Fargher deceased to your petr Thomas Fargher and that your petrs may have
such other relief as is meet and they will pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a Court to be holden at
Castletown on Monday the 27th day of April 1896 at 11:30 o'clock in the
forenoon whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful
notice.
Given at Castletown the 22nd day of April 1896.

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Fargher of Derbyhaven
in the parish of Malew. I being of sound mind memory and understanding at
the making hereof and revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
I leave bequeath and devise to my eldest son Thomas Fargher the whole
of the property real and personal of every kind and description of which I
may die possessed or entitled to and wheresoever the same may be to
hold to him his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely.
I appoint mys said son executor of this my will.
As witness my subscription this 24th day of Feb 1896.
